Original act City Folk first to sign
Myke Rock's M-Agency makes the booking and publicity of musicians a snap! Qualified bands and other artists can now have a tour booked or significantly increase their local gig schedule by signing with Rock to represent them. Many packages are available including Full Service Booking & Publicity. Columbus original folk group City Folk were the first to sign and have chosen the full service package. "City Folk has made an important decision to move their career along with our booking and publicity efforts. Like most acts, they have day jobs that just don't allow them the time to commit to the full-time job of effective professional representation", Rock said.

Engagements are booked as "exposure-driven", though some gigs will pay guarantees and others will pay the band a percentage of the door. The Booking & Publicity package includes media releases issued to appropriate media in the area of the engagement, listings on websites, a page on MultiFestival.Com completely serviced and updated by M-Agency and more. Follow-ups are made for possible stories in papers, possible radio interviews and performances, and other areas of publicity. The band will have its information posted on that area's community/music websites and each show will be submitted to JamBase as well as receive extensive coverage at MultiFestival.Com. Bookings can be "one-offs", supplemental or tour production. Artists provide a fee to M-Agency, upon approval, and get immediate action. M-Agency will also do the same for nightclubs and other venues, providing full-service booking and publicity by contract.
